You’ve found the ideal spot for your wedding — and you want your ceremony to reflect your love story — something heartfelt, unique, and truly memorable for you and your guests.
Planning your custom ceremony looks something like this:

We’ll connect — whether that’s in person or over video — just to chat and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit at this stage.

I’ll walk you through how we’ll build your ceremony together, including a rough timeline of how things unfold.

If you’re ready to move forward, I ask for a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date.

You’ll have unlimited support from me throughout the entire process.

I’ll send a questionnaire to help me get to know you both and shape the ceremony around your values, personalities, and relationship.

You’ll also get access to my library of resources: vow inspiration, ideas for rituals, meaningful readings, and music recommendations.

I’ll draft an initial ceremony outline for your review.

From there, we’ll work together to fine-tune the script until it feels just right.

On your big day, I’ll arrive early to check in with your vendors and wedding party, ensuring everyone knows what’s happening and when.

I’ll lead the ceremony, handle the paperwork, and take care of registering your marriage licence — so you can simply focus on the moment.

Simple & Beautiful
Ceremony from $450

Just the Paperwork from $250
Maybe you're planning a destination wedding on a beautiful beach far from home — or you've asked a close friend to lead your ceremony, but they aren’t licenced to make it official.

We’ll cover just the essentials required by the Marriage Act of Ontario — no frills, no added ceremony — just the basic legal expectations, signatures, and you're officially married!

You’ll bring your marriage licence and two witnesses to a location we’ve agreed on ahead of time. Don’t have witnesses? No problem — just let me know, and I can help arrange that too.
